Job Description
Abhidi Solution is seeking a dedicated Talent Sourcing Executive to enhance our recruitment efforts. In this role, you will be tasked with identifying and sourcing candidates for diverse job openings, conducting screening interviews, and maintaining effective communication with clients regarding candidate progress.
Qualifications: A Master’s degree in a relevant field (MBA/PGDM HR preferred) is required, alongside 0-1.5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the IT sector.
Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a strong grasp of the recruitment lifecycle, and self-motivation are essential. Familiarity with IT technologies will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Entry-level. Compensation: ₹300,00.00 – ₹400,00.00 per annum.
