Job Description

La Era International is looking for an energetic and passionate Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to both potential and existing customers, promoting our diverse range of products and services, addressing inquiries, and driving sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Engage in outbound calls to customers, maintain accurate customer records, follow up on sales leads, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
