Job Description
The Art of Living HR is looking for a dedicated Billing Assistant to become a vital part of our team. This full-time position is located in Survey Park, Santoshpur, Kolkata.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and generate sales invoices.
- Verify invoice details, including pricing, quantities, and GST.
- Distribute invoices to customers and distributors.
- Maintain organized billing documents through filing and scanning.
- Collaborate with sales and dispatch teams to gather billing information.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and organizational abilities. A B.Com or BBA degree is preferred.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from ₹8,554.98 to ₹20,273.86, with day shift hours.
