Job Description
Accodify360 is inviting applications for the role of Guest Relations Executive. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that our guests experience the highest level of satisfaction during their stay.
Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, addressing complaints, cultivating relationships, coordinating with various departments, monitoring VIP arrivals, managing guest preferences, assisting with travel arrangements, and promoting hotel services.
Requirements: Candidates must possess experience in the hospitality industry, excellent communication abilities, strong problem-solving skills, a professional demeanor, proficiency with hotel management software, fluency in English, and the flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
