Job Description
Hotel JP is looking for dedicated individuals to join our housekeeping team as a General Service Associate (GSA). Your primary role will be to uphold our exceptional standards of cleanliness and customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms and public spaces.
- Restock supplies and inspect room conditions.
- Promptly address guest requests and inquiries.
- Report any damages and maintain equipment properly.
