Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Sales Representative to enhance secondary sales and merchandising by establishing long-term partnerships with retailers.
Key Stakeholders:
- Internal: Sales Team, ZHR, CO
- External: Retail Outlets, Distributors
Reporting to: Area Business Manager
Experience Required:
- 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in FMCG, Pharma, or OTC sectors
- Strong product knowledge
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Familiarity with local geography
- Fluency in the local language
- Experience in distributor management
- Ability to perform basic calculations for retail and distributor schemes
