Job Description
Uuc Hospitality is on the lookout for a committed and professional Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, managing complaints, maintaining customer records, and ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as following up with clients.
