Job Description
Qualifications: High School Diploma (12th Pass), Bachelor’s Degree (BA).
Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced Candidates.
Required Languages: Proficiency in Oriya, Bengali, Punjabi, Assamese, and Gujarati is essential for reading and understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephonic interviews and surveys.
- Respond promptly to outbound calls.
- Adhere to communication scripts for various campaigns.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with respondents.
- Record all conversations accurately in our database.
- Achieve personal and team performance targets, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
Job Types: Full-time, Entry-Level.
Salary: ₹12,504.81 – ₹16,00.00 per month.
