Job Description
Bizknowmics is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients through effective communication, addressing inquiries, and maintaining detailed customer records. Your responsibilities will also include participating in team meetings and providing support for various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage stress effectively. A Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of one year of experience in customer relations is preferred. This position is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and offers a competitive salary of up to ₹25,00 per month.
