Job Description
FindMyHostel is actively looking for a committed Telecaller to enhance customer outreach efforts, assist with hostel verifications, and manage new listings. This position involves making a high volume of outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth listing process for hostels. While prior experience in telecalling or a customer service role is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a significant number of outbound calls.
- Verify and validate hostel details, aiding in the listing process.
- Convert leads into new listings while managing incoming inquiries.
- Consistently meet call targets.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
Requirements: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and self-motivation.
