Job Description
Grand Hyatt Gurgaon is inviting applications for a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie (Pastry) to enhance our esteemed culinary team. In this role, you will oversee the pastry section, ensuring the highest standards of quality in food preparation and service.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie, or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie or Commis in a reputable establishment. Experience with luxury brands is highly preferred. Candidates must possess a solid understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and basic proficiency in MS Office.
