Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Payment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments and conducting timely follow-ups. You will work closely with agents and the operations manager to optimize recovery routes, adhering to standard operating procedures while documenting all actions taken. A key aspect of this role is to professionally negotiate payments or recover vehicles, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is reported to the operations manager. Building rapport with customers in high-pressure situations is essential for success in this position.

Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month
