Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team at Blue Star India. In this role, you will provide Level 2 technical support for advanced IT issues related to plant systems, networks, software, and hardware. Responsibilities include troubleshooting IT infrastructure problems, system monitoring, root cause analysis, and collaborating with operations to ensure seamless IT integration.
Your role will also involve maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting plant-specific software, documenting incidents, and ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Btech/BCA/Bcomm degree and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
