Job Description
Shikshadarpana is seeking an Admission Counsellor Officer to manage lead conversions and provide information to prospective candidates via phone, email, chat, and social media. Your role includes identifying references from our student base and updating discussions in our CRM software.
You will meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets while ensuring effective communication until learners are onboarded.
