Job Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities: Provide excellent verbal and written communication to respond to customer inquiries through calls. Address queries and complaints about the organization’s products or services. Maintain politeness and promptness while navigating multiple tasks to ensure exceptional customer service.
Qualifications: HSC / Graduate; Experience: 0 to 7 years. Preferred night shift availability.
Working Hours: 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs. Shift options include US, UK, and Australian timings.
Salary: ₹35,00.00 – ₹47,00.00 per month, inclusive of benefits such as Provident Fund and performance bonuses.
