Overview: Join our Customer Support and Service team at People Interactive India Pvt Ltd, where you will represent the voice of our valued customers. Your role as a Select Service Advisor involves enhancing the post-sales experience for our premium members.
Responsibilities: You will manage member profiles, facilitate connections with suitable matches, ensure timely membership renewals, and provide exceptional customer service through calls and chat.
Requirements: At least one year of customer service experience, a Bachelor’s Degree, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in Telugu and Malayalam is highly preferred.
