Job Description
Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal is seeking a qualified Counsellor (Psychologist) with a Master’s degree in Psychology and 5-6 years of experience in counselling or clinical settings, preferably from Mumbai or SNDT University.
The successful candidate must be capable of applying psychotherapies, hold certifications in counselling, and have experience in workshops regarding mental health. An understanding of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) is essential.
Key responsibilities include campus-based counselling, online support, group sessions, conducting workshops, and managing crisis situations with sensitivity and empathy towards students, particularly addressing addiction issues.
