Job Description
Join Advanced GroHair & GloSkin Clinic as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, monitoring registration standards, and ensuring exceptional service. Key responsibilities include resolving discrepancies in operations, managing quality documentation, and maintaining accurate billing records.
You will also handle team management, including duty rosters and regular updates, while ensuring the team is motivated and skilled. We are looking for someone fluent in English and Tamil, with at least one year of experience in customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month.
