Job Description
Solenis is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant II to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Accounts Payable Payments and hands-on experience with SAP. Key responsibilities include reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts, handling payment rejections, and creating payment proposals in SAP and manual payments in the bank portal. Additionally, you will maintain the payment tracker, manage VAT and statutory payments, and ensure month-end payment closure. Candidates should also have a good understanding of payment exceptions, process improvements, and metrics reporting.
