Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Officer (SDO) to join Kotak Mahindra. In this role, you will service walk-in customers, generate leads for new-to-bank (NTB) customers, and conduct non-transactional auditing and reconciliation tasks. Your goal will be to enhance customer experience through effective query resolution and the cross-selling of financial products.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of branch banking experience, a relevant degree, and a strong commitment to customer service. Ideal candidates should have good financial knowledge and a desire to explore new business opportunities.
Target Companies: HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, UTI Bank. Age Requirement: 23-25 years.
