Job Description
Hyatt Regency Pune is seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to efficiently manage our kitchen operations in line with Hyatt International’s standards. This position requires you to oversee the kitchen as an independent profit center, ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to budget constraints.
Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a luxury setting, with a qualification in Kitchen Production or Management being advantageous. Essential skills include knowledge of kitchen hygiene, health and safety standards, and basic MS Office skills.
