Job Description
We are The Pathfinder, seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as an International Customer Support Representative (Voice Process). In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for international customers, providing exceptional service via voice support.
Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers, resolve issues, maintain product knowledge, and record interactions. Meet KPIs while multitasking and collaborating with other departments.
Schedule: Night shift & US shift. Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹30,00 per month.
