Position: Customer Care Executive

Location: Ghansoli Mahape, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400710
Qualifications: 12th Pass / Graduate
Salary: ₹12,00 – ₹15,00 In-hand
Languages Required: Hindi, English, Marathi
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Role: Handle customer calls, inbound calls only, no targets.
Shifts: Currently running 8-5 and 11-8 shifts. After a month, all shifts will be available.
Working Hours: 9-hour shifts, including 1-hour lunch and tea break.
Experience: Preferred but not mandatory; fresher candidates welcome.
Interview: Simple 1-round face-to-face interview.
