Job Description
A reputed IT company is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its CMD in Pune and Baramati.
Location: Pune & Baramati
Qualification: Any Graduate, MBA (HR, Marketing, Finance)
Experience: 5+ years
Responsibilities:
- Meeting arrangements
- Managing company deals
- Filing and cross-checking documents across departments
- Conducting vendor visits
- Preparation of presentations and proposals
- Travel arrangements (tickets and hotels)
- Office and guest house management
- Staff management and interview conduction
- Email drafting and translations (English to Marathi)
Note: Candidates for Baramati should reside in the Baramati area.
