Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Team Member (TM) to join our operations team. The TM will be responsible for delivering accurate information to participants, collaborating with the Delivery Manager (DM) on process improvements, and resolving participant issues. Key responsibilities include executing issue resolution, maintaining workflow management, and ensuring compliance with service standards. Flexibility in working evening/night shifts and occasional extended hours is required. We value individuals who can adapt, participate in training sessions, and are willing to travel as necessary. The position can be based in either Gurgaon or Noida.
