Job Role:
- Handle personalized service requests from customers.
- Generate timely business MIS.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with CPC/RPC/Investment desks for customer account openings.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure resolution within TAT.
