Job Description
Intermed Laboratories is seeking a dedicated Front Office Assistant. The successful candidate will report to management and perform various administrative duties including:
- Answering and screening telephone calls.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments and meetings.
- Welcoming visitors in a friendly manner.
- Handling basic inquiries and managing mail.
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Monitoring office supplies and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Performing additional administrative tasks as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹8,712.75 – ₹20,128.01 per month. Benefits include a Provident Fund and a yearly bonus.
Experience: 1 year preferred. Work Location: In person.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
