Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries and complaints professionally, making promotional calls, and providing excellent customer service. You will also promote our products, achieve sales targets, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a monthly pay range of ₹17,600.00 – ₹26,400.00. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with day shifts and weekend availability. Experience of 1 year is preferred but not required.
