Job Description

Position: Freelance Recruiter
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Experience: Minimum 6 months as a Recruiter. Only female candidates are eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening candidates.
- Scheduling interviews and managing the recruitment process.
- Updating company databases.
- Posting and removing job advertisements.
- Coordinating new hire orientations.
Required Skills: English (Spoken/Written), Hindi.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
Salary: ₹5,00 – ₹15,00 per month.
Schedule: Flexible (Day, Evening, Night, Rotational Shifts).
