Job Description
Linking Spaces Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Liaison Officer to foster communication across various departments including BDA, BBMP, Panchayat, CMC, and more. The successful candidate will handle Khata, land document procurement, house tax, and BESCOM services.
Key responsibilities include updating clients on service statuses and managing field executives, ensuring efficient scheduling and operations.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of real estate documentation
- Fluency in Kannada and English (mandatory)
- Two-wheeler required
- Experience: 1 year (preferred)
