Job Description
Location: Greater Kailash, New Delhi
As a Patents Associate, you will analyze patent documents, including technical specifications and examination reports. Responsibilities also include drafting and amending patent claims, creating analytical memos, and responding to objections raised by Patent Examiners. A strong understanding of the Indian Patents Act, 1970, and Patent Rules, 2003 is essential.
Preferred educational qualification includes a BTech in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
