Job Description
Softwiz Tech Solution is seeking a dedicated Backend Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support by responding to client queries via Microsoft Teams and Outlook, focusing on professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries within 5 minutes during working hours.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns.
- Document all client interactions accurately.
- Perform quality assurance and maintain SQL applications.
Qualifications: 2-3 years in customer support, knowledge of SQL is a plus, and excellent communication skills.
Salary: ₹252,00 – ₹300,00 per year, Location: Remote, Application Deadline: 19/12/2024.
