Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Team Member for our FINCON-NPA Reporting team at Kotak Mahindra. This role involves understanding both existing and emerging regulatory requirements for Non-Performing Assets (NPA) and developing processes to meet reporting needs. You will ensure the timely and accurate submission of information to the RBI and interact with various bank divisions to disseminate and collate information.
Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in data handling or MIS reporting, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). A background in financial products and good interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates with CA/CFA or an advanced degree in Data Sciences or Statistics are preferred.
