Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage primary and secondary sales while onboarding new distributors.
- Create reports on area sales and coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Provide job training to sales personnel to enhance productivity and retailer relations.
- Ensure effective coverage of distributors and conduct training for new product launches.
- Track competitor activities and implement strategic counter-plans.
- Execute branding and visibility activities in the territory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,00.00/month
Location: Secunderabad, Telangana
Experience: Minimum 4 years required
Willingness to travel: 75% required
