Job Description
Locuz Enterprise Solutions is seeking a talented IT Infrastructure Monitoring Tool Expert. In this role, you will implement, configure, and manage our IT infrastructure monitoring systems to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security for our clients. Experience with ManageEngine is essential, while familiarity with tools like Zabbix or PRTG is a plus. You will design and maintain monitoring solutions, configure policies and alerts, and analyze performance data. Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of network protocols and IT security principles are important. Relevant certifications in monitoring tools, such as ManageEngine Certified Professional, are advantageous.
