Job Description
GENUS DEPARTMENTAL STORE is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will understand customer requirements and effectively communicate our HR service offerings.
Responsibilities include managing inquiries, negotiating terms, and conducting regular follow-ups with potential clients. Proficiency in MS Office (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) is required.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹12,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month. B2B sales experience of at least 2 years is essential.
