Job Description
Review, analyze, and interpret clinical documentation in Ancillary, Laboratory, and Pathology settings. Apply ICD 10 CM and CPT codes according to coding conventions and reimbursement guidelines. Assign correct modifiers and revenue codes, resolve account edits, and ensure medical necessity compliance.
Professional coding experience, ability to multi-task, work independently, and build relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of medical coding rules.
