Job Description
Hyrmus is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives for our international voice process. You will serve as the first point of contact for our global customers, helping to resolve their inquiries and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from international customers.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during all calls.
- Aim to achieve performance targets for response time and satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹21,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
