Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Executive to manage incoming and outgoing lead communications, focusing on lead management and conversion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Executive, you will handle various modes of communication, including:
- Calls
- Emails
- Chats
- WhatsApp messages
- Website queries
- Campaign queries
