Baypure Lifestyle Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries via phone, email, and social media, ensuring excellent communication to resolve issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities include managing CRM systems, executing outbound calling campaigns, and utilizing problem-solving skills to address complex complaints. Experience with Ecommerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart is essential.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in BPO customer service, a graduate degree (B.Com or equivalent), and strong English proficiency.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹300,00.00 – ₹420,00.00 per year | Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.
