Job Description
Premier Mills is seeking a highly motivated Payroll Executive to join our team. You will manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations. Key responsibilities include TDS calculation, report preparation, and addressing employee inquiries. Assistance in policy development and employee engagement activities will also be required.
Qualifications: MBA (HR) or MSW (HR); 5-10 years of payroll processing experience. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in payroll systems are essential. Full-time position with a competitive salary of ₹18,00.00 – ₹21,00.00 per month.
