Job Description

We are Genesis HR Services seeking qualified candidates for the position of Customer Support Associate in Pune. This role involves handling customer inquiries via voice process in an international setting.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹32,00.00 per month, with experience-based increments (up to ₹4.92 LPA for 18+ months)

Schedule: Full-time position with rotational shifts (day and night), and 5 working days with 2 days off.

Benefits: Leave encashment, Provident Fund, and two-way cab facility.

Requirements: Higher secondary education and at least 1 year of total work experience; customer support experience is preferred.
