Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Officer to join our team at Kotak Mahindra. In this role, you will handle personalized service requests from customers and ensure timely generation of business MIS. You will also manage compliance with audit and regulatory requirements for our customer segment, coordinate account openings with CPC/RPC/Investment desks, and efficiently resolve customer complaints within the turnaround time.
