Ford Motor Credit Company, the financial services arm of Ford Motor Company, is seeking a dedicated Team Member Level 2 to join our team in Dearborn, Michigan. The role involves handling accounts servicing and vehicle liquidation activities for retail loan and lease customers within North America. You will be responsible for critical tasks like extending contract terms, changing due dates, processing payments, and managing lease contracts. We are looking for individuals with a B.Com/BBA/M.Com degree who are flexible to work night shifts or weekends if necessary.
