Job Description
We are seeking qualified candidates for the Service Desk position. The ideal candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside excellent customer service capabilities. The role requires interaction with international clients (UK) and the flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends when necessary.
Key responsibilities include handling customer requests via email, chat, and phone, understanding customer issues, and escalating them to appropriate teams. Candidates should be ITIL Foundation certified and have basic knowledge of systems, backup, and networks.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required. MCP & ITIL certifications are beneficial.
