Job Description
This position will provide essential administrative support to Mapletree entities in India. Responsibilities include assisting the Board and Management Committee, coordinating with Statutory Auditors, and maintaining corporate registers. Efficient meeting planning and communication of agendas and minutes are crucial. You will also liaise with legal experts on corporate matters and aid in the creation of new entities.
To qualify, you should hold a degree in Business Administration with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience. Strong written English skills and the ability to perform under tight deadlines are essential. Experience in the real estate industry or public listed companies is preferred.
