Job Description

Bloom Electronics Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Call Center Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshooting technical problems and following up with clients to ensure resolution.
• Providing timely and accurate feedback to customers.
• Installing, configuring, and supporting new applications.
• Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a pay range of ₹10,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, including benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
