Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Trainee Process Associate at Congruent Solutions. This role involves compliance testing for defined contribution plans and preparation of Form 5500 for both audited and non-audited plans.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing compliance and conducting various tests, such as 402g, ADP/ACP, and 410B. Familiarity with ERISA rules and IRS plan documents is essential.
Key requirements include proficiency in MS Office, strong analytical skills, a minimum of 65% academic performance, and relevant experience in compliance testing and 401k plans.
