Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in service-based quality assurance roles
Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated Quality Associates to ensure adherence to service quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role involves working in rotational shifts to maintain high-quality service for our customers. Basic communication skills and a smartphone are essential for reporting and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict SOP adherence and monitor service delivery.
- Conduct quality checks on customer service interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and report quality concerns.
- Maintain service quality during all shifts.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
