Job Description
Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (KMBL) is seeking a dedicated PDU Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting properties mortgaged with KMBL, conducting site visits, and attending builder meetings. You will complete the APF process, including verifying original documents and preparing valuation reports.
Key responsibilities include initiating cases with external vendors, coordinating with Branch and vendors, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil Engineering and possess familiarity with local real estate trends.
